Meet Tom & Becca
We’re Tom and Becca Castilaw, the husband-and-wife team behind Day Seven Medical.
Between raising a family, working in healthcare, and juggling everyday life, we know firsthand how easy it is to put yourself at the bottom of the priority list.
Tom is a Nurse Practitioner working in urgent care, with a background in collegiate football and a master’s degree in exercise science. He’s spent years seeing what happens when people push their bodies hard but don’t always give them what they need to recover.
Becca is a Registered Nurse with over 12 years of emergency room experience. She’s spent plenty of time taking care of people on their worst days, and now she’s excited to help people take better care of themselves before they get to that point.
We started Day Seven because we believe taking care of yourself shouldn’t always come last. Whether you’re working long hours, raising kids, training hard, or just trying to keep up with life, you deserve a little attention, too.
We’re not here to make wellness complicated or intimidating. We’re here to provide good care, honest conversations, and maybe a few bad jokes along the way.
